1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between kayu33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided at kayu33.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, accessing our games or sports betting markets, or using any features of the kayu33 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the kayu33 platform.

kayu33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for entertainment purposes and serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform offers live casino games, slot games, sports betting, and related products, all of which are subject to this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on kayu33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions whatsoever.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system).
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of an employee of kayu33 or any of its partner companies.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or on any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended kayu33 account.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

kayu33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the kayu33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You are also required to create a secure password for your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your account access with any other person.

kayu33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, during gameplay, and upon submission of a withdrawal request. The KYC verification process may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.

• Account registration and KYC verification are free of charge.
• Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam are subject to the same verification process as all other players.
• Documents must be submitted in a legible format. Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted.
• kayu33 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason.

5 Deposits & Payments

kayu33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All account balances are maintained and displayed in MYR. kayu33 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kayu33 bears no responsibility.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the kayu33 platform:

• DuitNow (QR and Account Transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and all participating banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the kayu33 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts in a different name will not be processed.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, kayu33 requires completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. Players who have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending verification. kayu33 aims to process approved withdrawals within 5 minutes for DuitNow and major e-wallets, and within 5–30 minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to banking and platform operational conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. Diamond members have access to higher and unlimited withdrawal thresholds.
• kayu33 does not deduct withdrawal processing fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose incoming transfer charges.
• Withdrawals of funds linked to active bonus wagering requirements will be suspended until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• kayu33 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawals.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kayu33 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived winnings.
• The wagering requirement multiplier and game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed this limit — typically capped at RM250–RM500 per round — may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from an account upon expiry.
• kayu33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or arbitrage — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kayu33 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market in question, in addition to this Agreement. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the applicable game or market.

For sports betting, including markets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other covered sports, bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body or league. In the event of an obvious pricing error, kayu33 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.

For live casino and slot games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game suppliers. kayu33 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game, kayu33 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game rules applicable at the time of the interruption, or — where this is not possible — void the round and return stakes to the player.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kayu33 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports betting or casino games.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through strategic bonus arbitrage or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at kayu33 staff or other platform users.

kayu33 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Upon detection of any breach, kayu33 reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, freeze available balances pending investigation, cancel all pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account. Where applicable, kayu33 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kayu33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A Player's account has been dormant (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• kayu33 has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent or prohibited activity has taken place.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion from the Platform.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require kayu33 to restrict or terminate access for certain players or jurisdictions.

Where an account is closed under circumstances that do not involve a breach of this Agreement by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, less any applicable statutory withholdings. Bonus funds will not be paid out upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. A voluntary closure will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the kayu33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kayu33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kayu33.
• Use the kayu33 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kayu33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, game interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

kayu33 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. We carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance as necessary, and accept no liability for losses arising during periods of downtime or reduced functionality.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that participation in any game or betting market on kayu33 is entirely voluntary. kayu33 cannot be held responsible for any gambling-related financial losses incurred by players on the Platform.

13 Responsible Gambling

kayu33 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts at regular intervals to keep track of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which kayu33 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to account balances, game outcomes, bonus terms, or account closures — shall be referred first to the kayu33 customer support team for resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body. kayu33 will cooperate fully with any formal dispute resolution process initiated through an appropriate authority.

kayu33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions published on this page at the time of your use of the Platform constitutes the binding version of this Agreement. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
